Biography:
Master Frederick Neal is an ACE Certified Professional Trainer and 6th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor of Martial Arts. He is founder and president of Fitness Now Professional Trainers Group and the Academy of Martial Arts Foundation based in Union New Jersey. He has been teaching and practicing martial arts for thirty years and has practiced personal training for 15 years. His outlook on health and wellness is unique as he feels training is for life not for looks.
