Diversity:
If your organization or event is lacking diversity, having a Black public speaker is a great way to attract new African American members and/or attendees. Studies show that minorities respond better when they feel that their race is equally represented.

African-Americans are the largest minority group in the United States, and have been said to be the most influential.
